Our Methodology

How we approach AI integration

1

Understand context first

Every engagement begins with genuine listening. We need to understand how your organisation actually works before suggesting how AI might fit in.

2

Build shared understanding

Workshops and training sessions that develop real understanding across your whole organisation — not just at leadership level.

3

Test before committing

Rapid prototyping generates real-world evidence about what works in your specific context, before you scale or invest significantly.

Not sure where to start?

The Planning Workshop is typically a sensible first step if your organisation hasn't yet developed an AI strategy. The Literacy Programme works well in parallel with strategy development, or as a standalone initiative. The Prototyping engagement is usually most valuable once there's some strategic clarity about which areas to focus on.
