What organisations say about working with us
We share these accounts because they reflect the kinds of situations we work with β not to persuade, but to give you a sense of what the process is actually like.

"We came in sceptical about whether an AI planning workshop could produce anything useful in three weeks. We left with a document our leadership team actually agreed on β which, given how differently people in the room had been thinking about AI, was frankly surprising."
Darren Loh
COO Β· Logistics SME, Singapore
January 2026
"The literacy programme was the first time our finance and operations staff actually felt included in the AI conversation, rather than having decisions made above them. The facilitators were patient and didn't make anyone feel foolish for asking basic questions."
Priya Wirawan
HR Director Β· Professional Services Firm
February 2026
"What I valued was that they didn't push us towards a particular AI tool or platform. The prototyping engagement helped us figure out that one of the use cases we were most excited about actually wasn't worth pursuing β which saved us significant time and money."
Samuel Muthu
Head of Operations Β· Hospitality Group
December 2025
"I've participated in AI training programmes that left me more confused than when I started. This one was different. The sessions were short enough to stay focused, and by week four I was already applying what I'd learned to actual work tasks."
Tan Hui Ling
Senior Executive Β· Education Organisation
February 2026
"The workshop format genuinely brought people together in a way that a consultant presenting findings to us wouldn't have. There's something about working through problems together that creates buy-in you can't manufacture any other way."
Rahul Joshi
Managing Director Β· Financial Services
January 2026
"We ran the literacy programme across two departments simultaneously. The pacing was manageable alongside regular work demands, which was something I was initially worried about. The team's approach to scheduling was thoughtful."
Lin Cheng Wei
Operations Manager Β· Retail Chain, SG

How the process worked in practice
The Challenge
A 60-person professional services firm had invested in AI tools but found adoption inconsistent across departments. Some teams used them daily; others had stopped entirely. Leadership wasn't sure whether the problem was the tools, the training, or something else.
The Approach
We ran the Planning Workshop first, which surfaced that the real issue was inconsistent mental models of what AI tools were for. This led directly to the Literacy Programme, tailored around the specific tools already in use at the firm.
The Outcome
Within eight weeks of completing both engagements, consistent AI tool usage across all departments had increased noticeably. More meaningfully, staff reported greater confidence in knowing when to use AI assistance and when not to. Total investment: S$885.
"We'd spent considerably more than this on the tools themselves, but it was this engagement that actually made people use them properly."
The Challenge
A logistics company wanted to explore whether AI could improve their document processing workflows. They had a shortlist of three potential use cases but no way to evaluate which were genuinely viable without significant upfront investment.
The Approach
The Workflow Prototyping engagement was used to build lightweight versions of all three use cases and test them with real staff on real documents over a four-week testing period, measuring both performance and user satisfaction.
The Outcome
One use case performed strongly and was recommended for further development. One was marginal and required further thought. One was found to be unsuitable for AI automation in the company's context. The company avoided pursuing two use cases that would have consumed considerable resource.
"The value wasn't just in what we decided to build. It was in what we decided not to build."
The Challenge
A 25-person education company recognised their staff had very different relationships with technology β some were early adopters, others were deeply resistant. They needed a training approach that didn't alienate either group.
The Approach
The Literacy Programme was run with mixed-level cohorts, with explicit attention to the different concerns of technically confident and less confident participants. Self-paced components allowed faster learners to go deeper without the group falling behind.
The Outcome
By the end of six weeks, even staff who had been most resistant reported feeling they understood what AI tools could and couldn't do. Several participants who'd been reluctant began using AI-assisted tools in their daily work within two weeks of the programme ending.
"The people I was most worried about came out of it the most enthusiastic. I still don't entirely know how that happened."
